30 Days Easy Return/Exchange

We have strict quality control standards to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition. However, returns or exchanges are unavoidable. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you in returning a new, unused item.

We recommend that you inspect your package upon receipt. In the rare event that an item is found to be damaged, missing, or the wrong item is in the package, please contact us immediately so that we can correct any issues promptly.

Return/Exchange Guidelines

To make returns/exchanges as easy as possible, please follow the guidelines below:

1: Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the item to obtain a return/exchange authorization and return address. We will not accept returns without customer service authorization.

2: We will only accept return requests if there is a quality issue with our items. Please allow for slight color and size differences, which are inevitable.

3: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with original tags and protective strips. We will refuse to accept returned goods if they show obvious signs of use, stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar products.

4: To avoid taxes and fees, please return via your local post office and include your completed Return Authorization Form in the return package. Any loss or damage during transportation is the responsibility of the customer, so please be sure to keep your logistics tracking number for reference. Please note that we do not accept returns paid on delivery.

5: Upon receipt of the returned package, we will notify you by email and arrange an exchange or refund within 7 working days.

6: If the return is caused by the consumer's own reasons, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the courier you choose.

7: If the received goods are damaged or not in accordance with our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the resulting shipping costs.
